Special events

Jamestown Fire Department pancake breakfast, 6 a.m. to noon, Jamestown Fire Department, 209 2nd Ave. NW.

Parade, 9:30 a.m., McElroy Park to First Avenue (stops before train tracks).

McElroy Park Festival, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., McElroy Park. Festival includes classic car show, live music, crafters and food vendors.

Live music, 1 to 3 p.m., National Buffalo Museum, 500 17th St. SE. Music includes folk, blues and jazz and a performance from Dave Cofell.

Gun demonstration, 1 p.m., Fort Seward, 602 10th Ave. NW. It will include an 1842 Howitzer cannon and 1870s Gatling gun demonstration.

James River Rodeo, 6:30 p.m., rodeo grounds next to Stutsman County Fairgrounds.

Public fireworks display, approximately 10:30 p.m., Stutsman County Fairgrounds. The Jamestown Speedway grandstands will be open for viewing.
