Schlecht speaks about sleep at Rotary

Annie Schlecht, owner and founder of Zen Sleep Consulting, was the guest speaker at the recent Jamestown Rotary Club meeting.

Schlecht is an occupational therapist by training and experience, and she is also a certified sleep consultant and certified infant massage instructor. Schlecht said she is passionate about the healthy development of all children. As a wife and mother of two young children, she said she knows how important sleep or lack of sleep can be on the whole family.

Schlecht will do home visits or she can provide her services over the internet. She said she will work one-on-one with a parent and his or her child to create a customized sleep plan based on the child’s needs. She can also do sleep programs for adults. For more information, contact Schlecht at www.ZenSleepConsulting.com or (701) 215-0025.
