First-year faculty and administrators from the University of North Dakota stopped in Jamestown on Wednesday as part of their final leg of a three-day tour that began in Grand Forks on Monday morning.

“We do this every year,” said Fred Wittmann, director of ceremonies and events, as well as the tour coordinator. “This year’s tour is of the southern half of the state, and we’ve been all the way to Medora, (N.D.) and back.”
