Bismarck officials look for escaped inmate

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- Bismarck police say a prisoner walked away from a transition center where he was serving part of his sentence.

Police say 38-year-old Todd Frank got permission to go to the Bismarck Public Library on Sunday, but never returned to the transition center.

Authorities say Frank was serving time for theft, forgery and unauthorized use of identification.
