Sister Suzanne Stahl, of the Sisters of Mary of the Presentation from Valley City, will present information about missions in Cameroon at 7 p.m. Monday in the community room of St. James Basilica in Jamestown.


Stahl serves as assistant provincial of the Sisters of Mary of the Presentation. She resides in and works out of Maryvale Provincial Center of the Sisters of Mary of the Presentation.

Sisters of Mary of the Presentation is an international religious congregation with missions in Cameroon, Africa, where Stahl has lived and worked.

Stahl has also worked in North Dakota and Illinois, managing and providing pastoral and social services.

She has worked in the areas of general, pastoral, individual, couple and family counseling, domestic violence, sexual assault, crisis intervention and church ministry.

As a member of the Sisters of Mary of the Presentation at Maryvale Provincial Center in Valley City, Stahl is committed to God and the service of the people of God, she said.

She is a native of Binford, N.D., where her mother continues to live on the family farm. She enjoys walking, bicycling, swimming, playing basketball, playing guitar, singing and reading.

The presentation is open to the public.
