The Cards trailed 12-7 after one period but turned things up the rest of the way. Brady Smith (14 points) and Brady Bickett (12) also cracked double-figures in scoring for the 7-5 Cardinals.

The Mustangs’ Dakota Hoyt poured in a game-high 17 points to lead Midkota-Kensal.
