Cornyn: U.S. House will pass a border bill
WASHINGTON — John Cornyn of Texas, the No. 2 Republican in the U.S. Senate, said on Sunday he expected the House of Representatives to pass a “skinnied-down” emergency funding bill this week to deal with a surge of migrant children at the southwestern U.S. border.
