Curtis named FCCU call center manager
First Community Credit Union of Jamestown recently hired Kayla Curtis to be its call center manager.
As call center manager, Curtis will be responsible for managing the upcoming call center, as well as taking care of members’ needs, check processing and other operational tasks. Curtis has more than seven years of call center experience.
“I am very excited to be a part of this opportunity to assist with the development of the call center with FCCU,” Curtis said.
