Dalrymple vows to fight EPA emission rules
BISMARCK — North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple vowed Wednesday to use “every tool available,” including potential legal action, to fight the federal government’s proposed tightening of emission standards for power plants and petroleum refineries.
