More than $8,000 in damage occurred in a one-vehicle rollover on Wednesday, according to the Stutsman County Sheriff's Office.

The accident happened at 6:55 p.m. on Interstate 94 near Windsor, N.D.

Cody West, 19, Dickinson, N.D., was driving a 1999 Ford westbound on 1-94 near mile marker 242. The Sheriff's Office said the roadway was slippery with ice and snow. West lost control and the vehicle started sliding and went into the median. It rolled across the median and landed on its wheels in the eastbound lane.

West was not injured and was wearing his seat belt.

Damage was estimated at $8,000.
