Death of Bismarck man treated as homicide
MANDAN, N.D. (AP) -- An injured man who was dropped off at a Bismarck hospital late last month died over the weekend, and Mandan police say they are investigating the case as a homicide.
Authorities say two men brought 30-year-old Derek Oshkeshequoam, of Bismarck, to the hospital in a wheelchair on Oct. 28 and then left. Police believe he had been assaulted at a house party in Mandan. Deputy Chief Paul Leingang says an autopsy was planned Monday.
