Deputy shoots suspect in west-central Minn.
MORRIS, Minn. — A deputy shot a man early Saturday in rural Swift County after an armed robbery in Morris.
During the stop, the suspect was shot by a Swift County deputy sheriff. The suspect, a 55-year-old man, was alone in the vehicle and the only person injured, the release said. He was taken to St. Cloud Hospital, where his condition was unknown.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is handling the investigation.
