Fearnside earns silver medal

University of Jamestown wrestler Amy Fearnside performed well overseas recently.

The sophomore from Morgan Hill, Calif., earned a silver medal at 51 kilograms at the Henri Deglane Challenge. The tournament was held in Nice, France.

Amy FearnsideFearnside was one of four U.S. wrestlers to earn a medal.

The Jimmies resume their season after the holiday break, competing in the Waldorf Open in Forest City, Iowa Jan. 4.
