A Suzuki Grand Vitara SUV reportedly went into the median traveling westbound on I-94 around 2:30 p.m., the patrol said. It crossed back into the westbound lane where it came to a stop in the far ditch around mile marker 276 between Sanborn and Eckelson.

The driver had "serious" injuries, said Trooper Cody Harstad.

The passenger had minor cuts on the arms and the three children in back also had injuries, Harstad said.

No more information was immediately available from the patrol.
