Jamestown Girl Scouts Troop 30850 and 30834 made these for a community service project in honor of the 102nd Girl Scouts of the United States of America birthday, which was on March 12. Members said this project would be a good way to invite newborn girls to join Girl Scouts when they get older.

The members are hoping that when the newborn girls reach the age of a kindergarten student they will join Girl Scouts as Daisy Girl Scouts.
