Jim Gums, service manager at R.M. Stoudt, and Brandon Dewald, manager, Buffalo City Rotisserie Grill, were recently presented the Patriot Award by the North Dakota Committee, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.

Gums was nominated by Andrew Tanata, a sergeant in the North Dakota Army National Guard, and Dewald was nominated by Andrew Bogenreif, South Dakota Army National Guard member.

The awards were presented by Rod Olin, local volunteer for ESGR.

The Patriot Award is through the North Dakota Committee, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR).  The award is presented to direct supervisors who support employees who are in the Guard or Reserve.
