Helpful hint for keeping your avocados from turning brown
FARGO — Nothing goes better with the fresh onions, tomatoes and cilantro in my summer garden than avocados.
But I have solved how to keep its bright-green flesh from turning brown when I only need half an avocado to complete my recipe (always guacamole, of course).
