Henderson faces several charges
Former Minnesota Vikings linebacker Erin Henderson faces four misdemeanor charges stemming from his Nov. 19 arrest for suspicion of DUI, the St. Paul Pioneer Press reported.
Henderson was released by the Vikings earlier this month following a second DUI-related arrest in January.
Henderson faces two counts of fourth-degree driving while impaired, one count of careless driving and one count of possessing more than 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The charges carry a sentence of up to 90 days and/or a fine of up to $1,000.
The 27-year-old also faces the following charges: second- and third-degree DWI, marijuana and paraphernalia possession and a violation of a special condition on his driver’s license after being arrested on Jan. 1.
Henderson, a free agent, had 112 tackles, four sacks, two interceptions, one forced fumble and three pass breakups last season.
