This partnership was formed to leverage the collective industry capabilities and expertise of its employees to provide advanced technology services to the communities served by Insight Technology, DCT and DRN.

“Our partnership with DRN and DCT is a key part of a shared strategic vision to expand the resources and capabilities of Insight Technologies,” said Rick Davis, CEO of Insight Technologies.

While the partnership will open new opportunities for all three companies, the day-to-day operations of Insight Technologies will remain unchanged, according to Davis.

“We share a strong trust relationship with our clients and our commitment to serve them continues to be our primary responsibility,” said Brian Burkett, chief operating officer for Insight Technology. “The energy and talent that DRN and DCT bring to our partnership will only strengthen those relationships.”

News of the partnership was first shared with the employees of each company.

“Insight is absolutely a first-class company in every facet of their business,” said Robert K. Johnson, CEO and general manager of Dickey Rural Networks. “Our goal, along with DCT, is to be a quiet partner in Insight’s mission and to be part of their exciting future.”

Keith Larson, CEO and general manager of DCT, said Insight Technologies has “a great team,” and it is out in front in implementing cloud technologies and managing complex data environments.

“Their website and software development group is exceptional,” Larson said. “We are energized by all of the opportunities our partnership with Insight opens for our companies and our clients.”
