Nick Stockert was in the right place at the right time.

The junior forward from Jamestown watched the puck trickle past Dickinson goalie Eric Schaper after a Brandon Stahlhut second-period shot.

Seizing opportunity, Stockert nonchalantly tapped in the eventual game-winner, helping the Blue Jays edge Dickinson 3-2 in West Region boys hockey on Tuesday night at Wilson Arena.
