The Jimmies (11-5-1) will play Rocky Mountain College (13-3-1) in the championship match today at 2:30 p.m. It’s a rematch of last year’s title tilt. The Jimmies won last November 2-1.

Scoreless through 62-plus minutes, Jacobs broke the seal with an unassisted goal at 62:51 for a 1-0 Jamestown lead. About 13 minutes later, the Jimmies went up 2-0 on a goal from Keeling. Jade Johnson assisted.

The Argos made it interest late with a goal with less than three minutes to play.

The Jimmies allowed just four shots with Thomas Cooke stopping three.

Rocky Mountain got the golden goal in the second overtime for a 2-1 win.

Scoreless into the 74th minute, freshman Monica Noria gave the Jimmies a 1-0 lead unassisted with less than 16 minutes to go.

But the Battlin’ Bears got the equalizer with just 90 seconds left.

After a scoreless opening overtime, Evelina Aberg got the game-winner in the 103rd minute.

The Jimmies (9-11) outshot the Battlin’ Bears 7-5.
