Journalist Woodward to appear in Fargo Nov. 17 to talk about presidency
FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- Journalist and author Bob Woodward will be in Fargo Nov. 17 to talk about the U.S. presidency.
The Forum reports that Woodward's luncheon talk will cover the office from Richard Nixon to Barack Obama. It's part of the Voices of Vision series, which is sponsored by the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce.
Woodward is best known for his work on the Watergate scandal that resulted in the eventual resignation of Nixon.
The event is planned for noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Ramada Plaza & Suites. Cost is $55 for chamber members, $75 for general admission.
