Man arrested on sex charges in New Town
NEW TOWN, N.D. — A Montana man accused of having sex with a minor while he worked as a counselor in Billings, Mont., was arrested Friday in New Town.
Brad Douglas Johnson, 36, of Laurel, Mont., was wanted on two counts of felony sexual intercourse without consent, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshals Service. The allegations occurred while Johnson worked as a counselor at the Ted Lechner Regional Youth Services Center in Billings in 2013, the Marshals Service said.
