One person was       sentenced on a felony charge in Southeast    District Court in Jamestown recently.

Austin Robert Jamtgaard, 25, Bismarck, pleaded guilty to       criminal trespass, a Class C felony.

Jamtgaard was accused of entering another person’s home without the privilege to do so on Oct. 13.

Judge John Greenwood sentenced Jamtgaard to undergo a chemical         dependency evaluation and not possess or own firearms for one year. Jamtgaard was placed on supervised probation for one year and ordered to pay a $400 criminal          administration fee, $100 defense/facility                 administration fee and $25 victim-witness fee.

A Class C felony is     punishable by five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
