A 63-year-old Cedar, Minn., resident died Sunday in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 29 in Traill County, the North Dakota Highway Patrol said.
The accident happened at 3 p.m. when the driver was southbound on I-29 in a 1999 Ford Explorer. The driver apparently lost control of the vehicle on the wet, scattered slippery road surface while passing a southbound 2013 Volvo tractor/trailer being driven by a 43-year-old Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, resident.
