Edinger said the Stutsman County Dive Rescue Team was called in around 11 p.m. Tuesday due to Bethel Four Acres being close to the James River.

“He (Rupp) had limited mobility, and we weren’t sure if he may have fallen in the river,” Edinger said about calling out the dive team.

Rupp was found walking in the 200 block of 1st Avenue South around 2:25 a.m. Edinger said Rupp was not injured and returned to his residence.
