Most at Vancouver oil train hearing oppose project
VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — More than 300 people attended a Tuesday night hearing in Vancouver on a planned oil terminal.
The $100 million terminal planned by Tesoro Corp. and Savage Companies would take oil arriving from North Dakota by train and ship it to West Coast refineries.
