ND man accused of dealing large quantities of meth
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Fargo man suspected of dealing large quantities of methamphetamine is facing a federal complaint.
Brian Anderson is charged with conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 26.
Court documents show that Anderson was arrested in July after selling four grams of meth to an informant for $800.
Agents say Anderson possessed more than 76 grams of meth, more than a gram of cocaine, a digital scale with white residue on it, hypodermic syringes and other drug paraphernalia.
Anderson allegedly bought the meth in the Minneapolis area and sold it in Fargo.
