 Gov. Jack Dalrymple,right, presents letters of appreciation to North Dakota State Hospital Superintendent Alex Schweitzer, left, and Maggie Anderson, executive director of the North Dakota Department of Human Services, for the State Hospital being nationally recognized by the Joint Commission as a top performer on key quality measures for 2012. The State Hospital achieved a performance rating of 95 percent or better for accountability measures including appropriate admission screenings, patient safety practices, creating and implementing patient care plans, and appropriate useage of multiple anti-psychotic medications.
