NDSU offering leadership development sessions
North Dakota State University’s Distance and Continuing Education’s Executive Education program has a full calendar of in-depth leadership development sessions that will be offered this spring. The program launched last fall will offer seven sessions through May with topics focusing on financial intelligence, assertiveness training, performance management, conflict resolution, strategic business planning, creativity and innovation and emotional intelligence.
“Our programming is driven by the needs of the business community with a variety of sessions to appeal to all levels of leadership,” said Lisa McNamara, Distance and Continuing Education non-credit program director.
The next executive education session “Enhance your Financial Intelligence” will be offered on Feb. 25.
