Obama declines Cramer's invitation to visit ND
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — U.S. Rep. Kevin Cramer says President Barack Obama has declined his invitation to visit North Dakota.
Cramer sent an invitation to the president last week, touting the state's strong economy and job opportunities as reasons for Obama to make his first presidential visit to North Dakota.
