Parts of northern ND to experience dangerous cold

BISMARCK — Dangerously cold weather is descending on parts of North Dakota.

The National Weather Service says wind chills of about 30 degrees below zero are expected Friday night and Saturday morning in the northwest and north central parts of the state. Forecasters say weather that cold can lead to frostbite and hypothermia if people don't take precautions.
