Pipeline man settles racism lawsuit
GRAND FORKS (AP) -- A black man who helped build the Keystone oil pipeline that runs through eastern North Dakota has reached a confidential settlement in a racial discrimination lawsuit he filed against his employer.
Charles Adams, who lives in Illinois, was seeking more than $75,000 in damages from Henkels & McCoy Inc.
