Police warn of sex offenders
The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents regarding convicted sex offenders who have changed addresses within the city of Jamestown.
Elvert Deon Mack, 36, lives at 911 4th St. SE No. 3. Mack is described as a black male, 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 184 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He drives a brown 1985 Oldsmobile Delta 88 with North Dakota license KAK346.
Sawyer John Suko, 21, lives at 408 Business Loop W No. 11. Suko is described as a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 168 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. He drives a red 1993 Chevrolet Blazer with North Dakota license KHK892.
Mack and Suko have been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee, Office of the Attorney General
Mack was convicted of indecent exposure in 2001 in Waco, Texas, and gross sexual imposition in Burleigh County Court in 2006.
Suko was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 2012 in Stutsman County District Court. Suko is currently on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation and is on GPS monitoring.
Mack and Suko are not wanted by police at this time. Mack is currently serving the sentence imposed by the court. Suko has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate Mack or Suko. Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten Mack or Suko and their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
