Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcase set in Fargo
FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- North Dakota's largest city is hosting a Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcase this weekend.
Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring says it's the biggest showcase ever in Fargo, with more than 160 booths filled with North Dakota merchandise, from foods to jewelry.
Pride of Dakota is a program administered by the state Agriculture Department to help North Dakota businesses promote their products. More than 500 companies are members.
The showcase at the Fargo Civic Auditorium is Friday through Sunday. Showcases were held earlier in Grand Forks and Minot, and one is planned in Bismarck early next month.
