Proposed Fargo building would be ND's tallest
FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- A proposed $125 million building in downtown Fargo would be North Dakota's tallest building.
The Forum reports that the Kilbourne Group, owned by Doug Burgum, has been open for years about wanting to build a multi-use tower on the US Bank Plaza. Borgum says he needs an anchor tenant to go ahead with the 23-story building.
The building is planned to be 352 feet tall. That would surpass the height of the state Capitol in Bismarck, which is North Dakota's tallest building at nearly 242 feet tall.
