Randall surpasses 2,000 career points
Kidder County's Adam Randall notched his 2,000th career high school basketball point during the Pirates' 68-63 victory over Shiloh Christian in Bismarck on Friday.
The senior first-team all-state athlete for the Pirates was 17 points shy of the mark going into the game, and Randall recorded exactly 17 points against the Skyhawks.
"I don't think it's really settled in yet. It's probably something I won't really realize until the end of the season," Randall said, of hitting the milestone. "It's great I got it tonight. We played good as a team and won the game."
Randall scored 330 points his freshman year, 572 his sophomore year, 665 during his junior campaign and currently has racked up 433 points as a senior.
