Salad showcases fresh peaches

FARGO — This month, we have been enjoying the bounty of beautiful, blush-toned peaches found at our farmers markets and local grocery stores, and our enjoyment has nearly reached the point of obsession.

If our memory is correct, the big lugs of fresh peaches arrived a week or two earlier this summer than the past couple years, and we have been greedy in our indulgence.
