Wylie, 31, was last seen at a friend’s house in St. Cloud on Dec. 9. Relatives reported him missing Dec. 15.

“We are continuing to look for him,” Foley Police Chief Katie McMillin said.

Wylie’s wife and young son live in Foley, northeast of St. Cloud, but he had no permanent address.

McMillin said police were told that Wylie left his friend’s apartment upset and hasn’t been seen since. He did not have a car at the apartment, and it’s unclear how he left.

McMillin declined to discuss details of the search but said her department and the Benton County Sheriff’s Office are investigating.

Friends and relatives of Wylie have searched for Wylie, posted information about him and made small memory ribbons to distribute. A network of people is following the search on a “Find Jamie Wylie” Facebook group.

Their searches are separate from the law enforcement investigation, McMillin said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Foley police at 320-968-0800 or 320-968-7201.
