Transition Hope offers information, resources on aging family members

Transition Hope, a business dedicated to helping people deal with aging parents or grandparents, now has a representative in Jamestown.

“The company’s fairly new. It’s only been around since 2013,” said Felicia Westerlund of Jamestown, Transition Hope representative.

The business offers several products designed to help reduce stress for the aging person and for family members, but it also offers free seminars for people dealing with those same issues.
