Twins making push for more pitching
The Minnesota Twins are still trying to acquire more pitching.
Multiple reports had the Twins making a push to sign 36-year-old right-hander Bronson Arroyo, who has spent the past eight seasons with the Cincinnati Reds.
Arroyo has been one of the most dependable pitchers in the game, throwing at least 199 innings every year since 2005.
Last season, he posted an earned run average of 3.79 in 202 innings with a record of 14-12.
The Twins have already signed Ricky Nolasco and Phil Hughes this offseason. Minnesota had the worst ERA in the majors last season.
