Jeffrey Davis, 38, Ypsilanti, N.D., was driving a 1984 Chevrolet vehicle pulling a trailer west on 17th Street through the intersection with Business Loop West. The intersection traffic is controlled by traffic signal lights and he had the green light.

Laurie Anderson, 41, Kulm, was driving a 2007 General Motors vehicle south on Business Loop West, approaching the intersection with 17th Street. Anderson attempted to stop at the intersection, but slid and struck the vehicle that Davis was driving.

Davis and Anderson wore seat belts and neither was injured.

Damage was estimated at $5,000 for the General Motors and $100 for the Chevrolet.

Anderson was cited for disobeying a steady red signal.
