The weekend weather might be best for watching football in the comfort of your living room, according to Todd Hamilton, meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Bismarck. The forecast includes a blizzard watch with 40 mph winds from 6 p.m. Friday to noon Saturday followed by life-threatening wind chills starting Saturday and running through Tuesday.
