CARSON, N.D. --White supremacists Craig Cobb and Kynan Dutton are heading to trial after a judge found probable cause for all seven terrorizing charges brought against them in Grant County District Court.

Cobb bought up property in the small town of Leith southwest of Bismarck with the intention of creating a haven for white supremacists and Dutton later joined Cobb in Leith.

They are accused of approaching Leith residents with loaded firearms Nov. 15 and 16.

Cobb and Dutton both entered not guilty pleas to all seven counts Wednesday.  Attorneys for both defendants asked for reduced bail.

District Judge Donald Jorgensen said he will accept motions on reduced bail next week.

Bail is currently set at $1 million for Cobb, who years ago left Canada to avoid prosecution for a hate-crime charge, and $50,000 for Dutton.

A trial date has not been set.
