Williams trial delayed
The trial of Adrian Williams, 52, Wisconsin, on drug related charges has been postponed.
Williams was scheduled to stand trial on two charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Class A felonies, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both Class C felonies.
Williams was found not guilty Wednesday on a charge of gross sexual imposition.
His trial on drug charges was slated to begin at 9 a.m. in Southeast District Court in Jamestown before Judge John Greenwood. No new date has been set for the trial. Williams remains in custody at the Stutsman County Correctional Center on $40,000 bond.
