Anniversary Announcement Form

The Jamestown Sun publishes anniversary announcements in the Wednesday Celebrations section and on The Jamestown Sun's Web site, jamestownsun.com. Cost is $15 and deadline for the following Wednesday edition is noon Monday.

One copy of the Wednesday Sun in which the announcement appears is included in the $15 fee. One copy of the newspaper must be picked up at The Jamestown Sun, 121 3rd St NW Jamestown, North Dakota 58401 within five days.

To have the newspaper mailed, please make prior arrangements with the front counter staff at 701-252-3120. There will be an additional charge to have the newspaper mailed.

Due to space constraints, some information may be held for two weeks. Consideration will be given to event dates.

Couples may submit their wedding photo as well as a current photo, either color or black and white. If only one photo is requested, only a current photo will be used. Photos submitted for publication are not saved. To have a photo returned, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope or indicate that the photo will be picked up. Photos are held at The Jamestown Sun for 30 days and are then discarded.

The Jamestown Sun reserves the right to control editorial content on all announcements in the Celebrations section. Information submitted will be edited to fit The Jamestown Sun style guidelines. Also, use of color for photos is not guaranteed.

Couples having card showers only are to place these through classified advertising. They are not published in the Celebrations section. Contact ksteiner@jamestownsun.com or call 701-252-3120 or 800-657-8067. Cost to publish card shower information varies with the announcement
