Napoleon gets top seed for Stutsman tourney

The pairings are set for the 2009 Stutsman County Invitational girls’ basketball tournament, which tips off on Thursday at the Jamestown Civic Center.

Napoleon is the No. 1 seed for the tournament. The Imperials will tip off against No. 8 Central Prairie in the opener on Thursday at 3 p.m. No. 4 Edgeley-Kulm takes on No. 5 Pingree-Buchanan-Kensal at 4:30 p.m., followed by No. 2 Ellendale vs. No. 7 LaMoure at 6 p.m. and No. 3 Midkota vs. No. 6 Sheridan County at 7:30 p.m.

The tournament runs through Saturday.
