Job Service North Dakota has hired Kelly Bossert as the customer service office manager in its Jamestown office.
Job Service North Dakota has hired Kelly Bossert as the customer service office manager in its Jamestown office.
As customer service office manager, Bossert will manage JSND programs in the office and throughout the local community and surrounding areas. He will also supervise and monitor various functions throughout the office including, but not limited to, performance standards and customer service.
Bossert has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. Before joining JSND, he worked as an assistant store leader for Scheels All Sports in Minot. Heis a Park River, N.D., native.
