Wahpeton man to be prosecuted for alleged abuse

DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) A Wahpeton man accused of sexually abusing three children will face charges.

Southeast District Court Judge Richard Grosz on Thursday found probable cause for Anthony Gallegos to be prosecuted on three counts of gross sexual imposition. A trial date was not set.

Police say a Wahpeton woman reported Gallegos inappropriately touched her 6-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son while they were playing with Gallegos' son. Another woman made a similar report involving Gallegos and her young daughter.

Gallegos is being held in the Richland County jail.
