A Hankinson man faces drug, weapons and terrorizing charges after an incident in a local bar.
HANKINSON, N.D. (AP) — A Hankinson man faces drug, weapons and terrorizing charges after an incident in a local bar.
Authorities say 40-year-old James Toms II allegedly walked into the bar last week carrying what turned out to be two BB guns and told patrons he had ``25,000 reasons to kill' another man he was looking for.
Police say Toms fled on foot, and when they went to his apartment they found a small marijuana growing operation.
